Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2006. I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have been an LCSW for the past 10 years. I have experience in treating trauma, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression. Currently, I also work at the Memphis VA Hospital in the ER as a mental health assessor.

My approach to therapy

I have engaged in therapy with clients who primarily have trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. I have many years of experience providing trauma focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
