Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe prioritizing our mental health is a key to an overall healthy wellbeing. Seeking help can be a challenge, congratulations on taking a first step. I’ve been practicing since 2011 and have been building upon a holistic profession: Reigning In Light. The Wellness & Therapeutic supports offered are rooted in mindfulness. My style is Client Centered.

My approach to therapy

We have the power to aid in the healing of our mental, emotional and spiritual selves. We are all on a journey. It could be one of healing, one of hope, one of enlightenment or all three and at the same time. This holistic direction is intended to allow the individual subscribing to supports to define their own healthy life approach.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create an open, warm and welcoming environment, that is considerate of your comfortability and security. We'll start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share about your life and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we'll begin to create a plan based on your needs. From there, we'll cater each future session to your needs in the moment and ultimate goals of therapy.
