Welcome! I'm Renita Howard, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find greater well-being. With a deep passion for mental health, I've spent the past 10 years working with clients from diverse backgrounds to foster growth, healing, and resilience. I hold a Masters of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, where I developed a solid foundation in various therapeutic modalities.

In my practice, I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, ptsd/trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, coping skills and anger management. My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, combining evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, person-centered philosophy. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for change.
