Hello! I'm Renzo Rodriguez, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. I have a Master’s degree in Nursing with specialized training in psychiatric care, and I work with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I focus on creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel supported and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I believe in working closely with clients to understand their unique experiences, challenges, and goals, using a blend of evidence-based therapies and medication management when appropriate. My style is warm and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to navigate their mental health journey. My goal is to help clients build resilience, gain insights into their thoughts and behaviors, and develop personalized strategies for managing their challenges.
