I use and integrated approach to therapy which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have treated clients for anxiety, depression, trauma, psychiatric disorders, substance use disorders, and other mental and emotional issues.
I use evidence-based treatment modalities and coping skills to help manage symptoms of mental and emotional problems. I also work with people to help them find purpose in their lives which can lead to reducing anxiety, depression, stress, and can even offer more physical well-being.
