Great to meet you!

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I use holistic, person-centered care to diagnose, prescribe medications, and provide therapy in a practical and evidence-based way. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and children who have been holding a lot together while feeling overwhelmed, lonely, anxious, or shut down on the inside. My specialized areas include trauma and trauma-related disorders, including personality and dissociative disorders, as well as autism, ADHD, and bipolar disorders. I enjoy helping others to reach their fullest potential and best life possible. So contact me if you're ready to feel steady, empowered, sleep better, think clearly, and stop reacting in survival mode so you can show up for work, relationships, and yourself.

My approach to therapy

I provide care that is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I focus on really understanding your story—what has happened to you, what you’ve tried, and what matters most right now—so we can choose interventions that make sense for your life. I can help you by providing evidence-based treatments that help alleviate the suffering that comes from living with trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, depression, or other mental health issues. I approach with curiosity, empathy, and understanding to get to know the real you and to provide solutions that work for you.

What you can expect from me

At your first visit, we’ll explore and talk about what’s getting in the way of how you want to feel and the life you want to live. I’ll ask supportive, focused questions to understand your story, and I’ll openly share what I’m thinking, so nothing feels confusing or clinical. Then we’ll choose a plan together that works for you and your life, which can be therapy, medications, both, or neither, depending on what you need. The space is calm, respectful, and judgment-free so that you can present your authentic self, experiences, and challenges in a safe space. I'll work with you to explore and find real-life solutions that help empower you to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control, so you can pursue the life you want. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
