Great to meet you!

Life moves fast. Between work, relationships, and endless to-do lists, it’s easy to lose yourself in the noise. I help young adults (18–45) slow down, tune in, and reconnect with who they are and what they need. As a licensed psychotherapist with 10+ years of experience, I specialize in helping people manage mood instability, attention-focus issues, relationship challenges, and identity concerns. Together, we’ll cut through the stress and create space for real clarity, balance, and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

I love working with people on the things that matter most—anxiety, motivation, relationships, identity, sexuality, culture, depression, and the impact of trauma. My style is emotionally focused, which means therapy can feel both challenging and deeply transformative. We’ll pull from different tools—like CBT, mindfulness, somatic work, and insight-based therapy—to suit your needs. Think of therapy as a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and build skills that actually support your life. If you’re curious about how this work could help, I’d love to talk.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll build insight and skills that help you feel more confident, clear, and ready to take action in your life. If you’ve been feeling stuck, uncertain, or weighed down by indecision, therapy can be a powerful step toward real change.
