Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can be difficult, but my goal is to create a safe space for you. I’m guiding, strengths-based, and trauma informed, to help foster your growth, and provide the support that you need. I specialize in working with folx, with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, BPD and more. I will meet you at whichever stage you’re in. I am queer identifying and affirming, and also support LGBTQIA+ folx, through the journeys unique to us. I work with individual adolescents (age 12+) and adults, and am neurodivergent informed and affirming as well. I would be honored to help you, on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I mainly use an overall cognitive behavioral approach to therapy, but utilize several other evidence based interventions as well, for example Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, etc. I will provide the validation you need, and gently challenge you, when beneficial.

What you can expect from me

A new perspective, feeling empowered, and increasing self advocacy and assertiveness.
