Welcome! I’m Rex Perkins, a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find their path to personal growth. With years of experience in online therapy, I specialize in helping clients learn to manage anxiety, overcome depression and codependency, manage chronic pain, OCD, and trauma-related issues, and build healthier relationships and make meaningful life changes.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years’ experience in counseling adolescents 13 and older, adults, couples, and families. I have completed extensive training in treating all types of anxiety, ERP for people suffering from OCD, working with specific populations, including LGBTQ issues, cultural and adjustment issues, and interpersonal relationships.
