Great to meet you!

Are you ready for the work necessary to make real, enduring change? As a therapist, I work with a variety of issues ranging from depression, sadness and anxiety to more severe issues such as schizophrenia and personality disorders. I work best with those clients who are interested in making lasting changes in their inner lives and circumstances. I have extensive training and experience working with adults, youth, families and couples.

My approach to therapy

My aim is to help you listen to and experience yourself in new or long-forgotten ways so that you may decipher the inner language of your distress and find change. Life is wild and we are subjected to things beyond our control. In turn, we must choose how to relate to our world. In my practice, I provide you with a place to speak freely, so that through this unique experience of speaking you can articulate your desire.

What you can expect from me

Everyone is anxious and depressed to some degree, and for good reason. That doesn't mean you have to be alone. Reach out if you need some help locating yourself. This is an invitation to truly speak. I look forward to hearing from you.
