I'm Reylius Thompson Jr. proud owner of Climb Up Climb Out Counseling & Services LLC. I love helping people transition into better versions of themselves.

In my 10 years of counseling experience I've worked with various populations and disorders. I've specifically work with addictions, anger management and stress reduction.

I utilize open discussion, screenings and assessments in my session then goal setting and treatment planning. Throughout this process mindfulness and cognitive behavior approaches are used along with worksheets and helpful informational sheets being shared.

I take pride in helping my clients climb over challenges and reach optimal mental health.
