Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life changes? I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, using practical tools to help you build coping skills, improve self-awareness, and create meaningful change.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and life transitions. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop goals that feel realistic and achievable for your life. My goal is to help you feel supported while building confidence, resilience, and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive partnership where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)and solution-focused techniques to help clients build coping skills, improve self-awareness, and work toward realistic and meaningful goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they can share their story at their own pace. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and identify areas where you would like support or change. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, respected, and understood while beginning to build a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and collaboration.
