Great to meet you!

I'm Reyna! I have experience offering mental health treatment to folx who are neurodivergent and navigating our neurotypical world and the challenges that come along with that. I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and identity. I work with the LGBTQ+ community including gender affirming care.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is relational and solution oriented. I work alongside my clients, empowering and allowing them to utilize session time in ways that are most beneficial to their growth towards their goals. I offer creativity and light in supporting clients with life's challenges.
