Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Reynie (pronounced “Renny”). I have provided mental health therapy in a variety of settings for over twenty-five years and remain deeply committed to helping people cultivate long-term well-being and greater life satisfaction. My approach is grounded in warmth, acceptance, and compassion, and I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel understood and respected.

My approach to therapy

I welcome clients of all adult ages, genders, and backgrounds who may be experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, men’s issues, midlife concerns, ADHD, OCD tendencies, LGBTQ+ identity and self-acceptance, and faith transitions, among others. While I have a strong interest in men’s mental health, my work is grounded in creating a supportive, inclusive space where everyone can feel understood, respected, and at ease. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

I hope to provide a safe and accepting space for my clients. I would like for my clients to understand the process and also feel comfortable with the therapeutic relationship.
