Great to meet you!

I am glad you are seeking ways to grow in your wellness. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.

For the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of providing supportive guidance to a diverse range of clients. My counseling approach is holistic, focusing on cultivating overall well-being by connecting the body, mind, and spirit. I provide person-centered care and creative therapy practices, utilizing evidence-based treatments to serve individuals across the lifespan—including children, adults, and neurodivergent individuals. To ensure effective care, I tailor my clinical approach to support each client's unique learning, processing, and communication styles. I work with clients from a team approach, whereby we each contribute our expertise to creating the best growth plan for you.

My approach to therapy

I work closely with families navigating the challenges of raising children with neurodevelopmental needs (such as ADHD), offering practical parent coaching alongside adaptive learning and coping strategies for children across various environments. My therapeutic interventions are diverse and integrated, drawing from CBT, sand tray, play therapy, mindfulness, and both somatic and art-based interventions.

What you can expect from me

While navigating life's hardships and stressors is rarely easy, choosing to seek support is a courageous step toward building self-compassion, uncovering personal strengths, and creating a balanced life of sustainable wellness.
