Great to meet you!

Have you ever felt that you are just living from the neck up with shame and that nagging critical voice running your life? The constant feeling of disconnection from your true self due to past events makes it hard to show up in your life the way you want to. You are here because you don't want to keep experiencing this, but sometimes it feels like moving away from it is just as unsafe. I have over a decade of working with all genders, sexualities, ages, and level of acuity. I have extensive training in the treatment of trauma, eating disorders, personality disorders, shame, and poor self-esteem.

A bit about my approach to therapy

While my approach is informed by robust training, there are many ways to heal. I have a down-to-earth approach, often incorporating humor, stories, and research. I am here to create a space where you can learn about yourself and find relief. We will get real, we will get vulnerable, and we will find the way forward together.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to walk with you as you find freedom and be released from your past. To return to the home that is your body and be able to trust it again. Finding a therapist can be hard but I am a firm believer that you are not a problem to be solved or broken, you are person that deserves compassion and understanding. Whatever brings you here, welcome.
