Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Tore Culclager, a Licensed Professional Counselor. Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, traveling, spending quality time with my family, and embracing opportunities to try new things. I believe that these experiences have shaped my appreciation for the uniqueness of each person and the many different paths we take throughout life.

My professional background includes experience in public education, faith-based counseling, and private practice, allowing me to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate grief, anxiety, stress, PTSD, life transitions, and other emotional challenges.

I believe counseling is a collaborative journey, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to meet each client where they are and help them develop the insight, coping skills, and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges and move toward meaningful, positive change.

My approach to therapy

My training and professional experience have strengthened my belief that effective counseling begins with understanding each person’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences. I provide an individualized, client-centered, and nonjudgmental approach, creating a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we will identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies to work toward positive change. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including solution-focused and cognitive behavioral techniques, to help clients build on their strengths, navigate challenges, and develop the skills needed to support lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe counseling is a collaborative process, and I work alongside each client to develop meaningful goals that support greater clarity, balance, hope, and emotional well-being. My goal is to help clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges and create positive, lasting change.
