Great to meet you!

I work with young adults, adults, and couples, especially with anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma symptoms. Our sessions focus on your experiences and can include family exploration, humor, movement, and building small, positive change. We may spend time exploring thought patterns. Our direction will be based on your needs. I'm licensed in CA and have additional training in attachment and trauma-informed therapy

My approach to therapy

I often use a family systems approach, which means we will often explore how past experiences shape present behavior. When dealing with anxiety or depression, we will work on thought patterns, body sensations, and build tools for new behaviors. We'll work during each session on how to make lifestyle changes that you can implement throughout the week. Small changes over time add up to a big difference!

What you can expect from me

It takes courage to seek therapy! If you're concerned or skeptical, you're not alone. In my experience, people and families make changes when they have a safe and supportive environment to identify old patterns and try new ways of being. Our first session will explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change.
