I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that process feel as comfortable and approachable as possible.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Colorado, and I offer telehealth sessions so you can access support from wherever feels easiest for you. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked in crisis settings, supporting people through some of the most overwhelming and uncertain moments in their lives. That experience has shaped how I show up in therapy; calm, grounded, and focused on helping you feel supported without judgment.
My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, which means we work on finding practical solutions drawing from skills you may have already had to move forward. I also draw from CBT, DBT, and EMDR depending on your needs, whether we’re working through anxiety, trauma, depression or patterns that feel hard to break.
I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation. I’ll meet you with honesty, curiosity, and respect, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking in the mountains, seeing some live music, or hanging out with my pug, Frank, who keeps life fun and grounded.
If you’re looking for a space where you can show up as you are and start figuring things out together, I’d love to connect.
