Great to meet you!

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals and couples seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their patterns. Many of my clients feel stuck in repeating relationship dynamics, experience anxiety or overwhelm, or sense that something isn’t quite working — even when life looks “fine” on the surface.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and deeply attuned. I focus on helping clients understand the patterns that shape their emotional responses, relationships, and sense of self, and work together to create meaningful, sustainable change. I aim to provide a space where you feel both supported and gently challenged, so that insight can translate into real movement forward.

My work is trauma-informed and integrates attachment-based therapy, somatic awareness, and tools such as brainspotting when appropriate. I often work with clients navigating anxiety, relationship dynamics, communication challenges, and life transitions, with an emphasis on building self-trust, emotional resilience, and greater clarity.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you — what has been feeling difficult, what feels important to you, and what has led you to seek support at this point in your life. You don’t need to have everything clearly defined before we begin. Some people come with specific concerns, while others simply have a sense that something isn’t working and want help understanding why.

I aim to create a space that feels calm, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive, where you can speak openly and feel fully heard, without judgment or pressure. We move at a pace that feels comfortable, while also beginning to gently explore patterns or themes that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.

Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved to have shared what has been weighing on them, and with a growing sense of clarity about how therapy can help them move forward in a way that feels more grounded, connected, and aligned.
