In our first session, my goal is to get to know you — what has been feeling difficult, what feels important to you, and what has led you to seek support at this point in your life. You don’t need to have everything clearly defined before we begin. Some people come with specific concerns, while others simply have a sense that something isn’t working and want help understanding why.
I aim to create a space that feels calm, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive, where you can speak openly and feel fully heard, without judgment or pressure. We move at a pace that feels comfortable, while also beginning to gently explore patterns or themes that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.
Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved to have shared what has been weighing on them, and with a growing sense of clarity about how therapy can help them move forward in a way that feels more grounded, connected, and aligned.
