Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rhiannan! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) I specialize in identity-affirming care for teens, young adults, and caregivers across Florida.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family dynamics, and identity-related stress. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care that helps you better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

So whether you’re a teen figuring out who you are, a young adult learning to manage life on your own terms, or a caregiver trying to support a child while also caring for yourself — therapy can be the space where everything starts to make more sense.

If you’re looking for a safe, inclusive, and supportive space to grow, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in creating a safe, affirming space where clients can be their full selves. I use a blend of evidence-based techniques including DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight and real-world coping skills.

I believe therapy should meet you where you are, whether that means unpacking past experiences, learning tools to manage anxiety, or simply having a space to breathe and be heard. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and not just what brings you to therapy, but who you are as a person. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling heavy or confusing lately, what you’d like to change or understand, and what you hope to get out of therapy.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. This first meeting is about building comfort and trust so you can start to feel safe opening up. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and begin creating a plan that fits your goals and pace.
