Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what to do next, you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve been carrying stress, navigating difficult emotions, or trying to find your way through a life transition that feels heavier than expected. You might be looking for clarity, balance, or simply a space where you can breathe and be yourself. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’m here to offer that space. I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, heal, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and meaningful. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and understood from the very first conversation.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate a wide range of challenges. My work often centers around anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm, as well as relationship dynamics and personal growth. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and build a stronger sense of confidence and direction. My approach is grounded in understanding your full story, not just the challenges you’re facing, so we can create something that truly fits your life and your needs.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, which means I create a warm, empathetic space where you feel truly heard and valued. At the same time, I draw on solution-focused techniques, helping you identify your strengths and craft practical, achievable steps toward the change you desire. Together, we’ll build on your unique potential and create a path forward that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where I’ll take the time to really understand your story. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain, and what goals you’d like to work toward. It’s a collaborative process, and by the end, we’ll have a clear sense of the direction you want to go and how we’ll get there, together.
