Great to meet you!

I am accepting new clients! Immediate availability!

You're the person everyone leans on, steady at work, dependable at home. But on the inside, you're battling with intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, people pleasing, or having trouble focusing. It's become too much! I’m here to tell you that not only is it okay to need help, helping people uncover what’s underneath the stress and create a life filled with joy is my jam! Together we will work to untangle those racing thoughts and patterns that keep your nervous system on high alert, then develop skills and boundaries that help you feel steadier in real life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be a place where you feel understood and equipped to be your best. Sessions with me are engaging and warm, with a bit of humor and challenge. I value the counseling relationship as the main change agent. I offer practical tools that work and help challenge limiting belief systems, all going at your own pace and never pushing you beyond what you're ready for.

What you can expect from me

I offer a collaborative approach to therapy. We will explore patterns that are unhelpful and no longer serve you and together we will find tailored, practical solutions to help you reach your goals and find the freedom you are looking for. I offer a free 15 min consultation to see if we would be a good fit. I provide sessions via telehealth.
