Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own or you're not sure where to begin. As your therapist, I will work with you to identify your strengths, achieve your personal goals, and reconnect with yourself. I value and understand the importance of genuine human connection, which is why building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the center of my work.

My approach to therapy

I provide care from an integrative and holistic approach, focusing on mind-body connection, and exploring how your past has shaped your present, and how you can take control of your future. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on fostering personal growth and honoring your unique life experience.

What you can expect from me

I want you to feel like an active participant in your care. In the first few sessions, we'll focus on understanding you and your story, so I can learn how I can best support you. We'll begin collaborating on goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. My priority is creating a safe space where you feel comfortable, understood, and not rushed.
