Great to meet you!

I graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Social Work in 1987. I am currently in private practice since 1998.

I specialize in Alcohol and Drug issues, Marriage Counseling, Christian Counseling and anxiety and depression relief.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to start from where the client is. I examine all faucets of the clients life, including childhood trauma to determine the root cause of the problem. Together we find solutions and ways of coping with conflicts that are helpful and life giving.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe and supportive environment where clients can be heard and feel listened to. We typically set mutual goals and regularly examine the progress and outcomes of these factors.
