Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio with over 20 years of clinical experience, including extensive work supporting veterans and their families. I bring a warm, direct approach to sessions and am passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized and collaborative — I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their specific goals rather than a one-size-fits-all method. I draw on two decades of experience working with a wide range of concerns, from chronic conditions and stress management to women's health and maternal mental health, always with an emphasis on practical tools clients can use between sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll take time to get to know each other — I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy now, your history, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. There's no pressure to have everything figured out; we'll build a plan together at a pace that feels right for you.
