Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified licensed professional counselor and board-certified rehabilitation counselor who is passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered. My work centers on meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they navigate challenges, heal, and move toward their goals. I value creating a safe, compassionate space where each person’s strengths, experiences, and needs are respected.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy. I focus on creating a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and supported, while also helping you build practical tools for change. My style is warm and encouraging, and I work with you at your pace to better understand your concerns, strengthen your coping skills, and move toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free first session focused on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. We’ll talk about their goals, current concerns, and any relevant background, and I’ll begin to learn what support would be most helpful. It’s also a chance for clients to ask questions, share what they hope to get out of therapy, and start building a comfortable working relationship.
