Great to meet you!

As a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Color), I am passionate about creating an open and safe space for BIPOC clients. I have a B.A. in Psychology from Purdue University Northwest, and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a Health Concentration from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have been providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly children, adolescents, and their families in various settings within the community and schools.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have trauma - informed training and utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling to foster hope, healing, and resilience. I possess an innate ability to assess needs and empathically identify person-centered solutions that cater to the internal struggle and environmental effect on the individual.

What you can expect from our first session

I patiently accompany clients on a journey of self-discovery where they acknowledge where they are; where they desire to be - all while working as a team to minimize the barriers and bridge the gap between self-actualization. From handling everyday stressors to restoring self-identity post-trauma, I strive to equip clients with the tools to navigate life.
