Great to meet you!

My calling as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker allows me to partner with clients in their places of greatest need, with a focus on complex post-traumatic stress. I employ a combination of talk, somatic and non-verbal eye movement based therapies. We will do deep trauma work while still making room for safety, warmth, and even a little playfulness. Because healing doesn’t have to happen in cold, serious rooms. Sometimes it happens barefoot, holding a fidget, with a sloth nearby and someone beside you who truly sees you.

My approach to therapy

I show up to therapy as I am—often with my shoes off, butterflies decorating the room, and George the Sloth quietly keeping watch. My space doesn’t feel like a typical therapy office because I’m not a typical therapist, and I don't believe healing has to happen in stiff chairs and stilted conversation. My INFJ-A Advocate personality is more than a personality type—it’s my superpower. When a client says they need an advocate, something in me lights up, because that’s exactly who I am and how I move through this work.

What you can expect from me

I’ve intentionally created an environment where people can exhale. Clients take off their shoes, grab a squishy, wrap up in a soft blanket, and finally feel safe enough to say the “worst” parts out loud—the parts they’ve been carrying alone. I trust the relationship more than any script, silence more than rushing to fill the space, and my intuition as much as the training that brought me here. That’s why I often ask, “What do you need from me in this moment?”—because I genuinely want to meet people where they are.
