Great to meet you!

I started my career as a nursing assistant and worked my way up. I received my bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing from Western Carolina University, where I graduated magna cum laude. I received my certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2004. I then went back to school and received my certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide care for ages 13yrs and older.

A bit about my approach to therapy

From my love of the healthcare profession to my empathetic nature as a driving force, I remain steadfast in my abilities and passion for the practice of nursing and caring for others. To have the ability to embrace change and find the knowledge in yet to be charted waters is one of my unique qualities. Strong communication skills and a kind soul have been one of my assets in my long career dedicated to service.
