Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of clinical experience. I provide a compassionate and restorative space for individuals who are ready to move toward healing, but need a supportive therapist to help them along the way. I approach therapy as a true partnership! I believe that genuineness and empathy are the most powerful tools for change. I value the client's story, and work collaboratively with them to find solutions that fit their lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe in partnering with individuals as they journey towards well-being. I am committed to creating an empathetic space where: feelings are explored, coping strategies are developed and healing and resiliency are promoted. Whether we are untangling the complexities of loss or finding ways to quiet a restless mind, our work will always be grounded in mutual respect & authentic connection. Together, we'll explore challenges, cultivate inner strength, and build the tools you need to regain a sense of hope and peace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive environment where they can explore challenges, develop coping skills and cultivate inner strength. A safe place where they can develop a personalized plan for healing and growth. After sessions, clients should be able to: identify healthy coping strategies to help them restore balance, address their mental health and personal concerns.
