Great to meet you!

I have 15 years' experience working with children, teens, adults and family mental health, providing both individual and group counseling. I currently work with our USMC Jr. Marines as well as permanent personnel. I am also trained in working with the mentally and developmentally disabled populations, rehabilitation and vocational counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy approaches are those of Solution-Focused as well as CBT. My goals are to provide consultation, evaluation and counseling services for individuals dealing with issues impacting their well-being. I work with my clients to help them explore new approaches to the issue at hand that may include problem solving techniques, health decision making in addition to providing strategies for coping and managing thoughts, feelings and behavior.

What you can expect from our first session

I work mainly with clients who may be struggling with everyday life stressors, resulting in anxiety, depression, feeling as if your life is out of control & you don't know how to regain it. So many things I have experienced myself (including cancer) give me the foresight to help you, It may not always be easy but it IS definitely doable. All I need is your trust. Reach out today.
