Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, seeking support is a courageous first step toward healing and growth. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting individuals, families and the adolescent populations through life challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, family issues, self-esteem struggles, trauma, and emotional overwhelm to name a few.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I believe every person brings unique strengths to the counseling process, and I work alongside my clients to help them identify barriers, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I frequently utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and creating a space where clients can show up as their authentic selves. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or seeking personal growth, I am committed to helping you move toward the life you want to live. Taking the first step can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, hope, and wellness. In the first session we will complete an intake assessment that will allow us to identify your concerns and set goals as you move forward.
