Great to meet you!

I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, encouragement, and practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we will strengthen coping strategies, manage mood and behavioral symptoms, and build on your existing strengths.

My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect, creating a safe space where you feel truly heard, valued, and empowered. I am dedicated to supporting you as you work toward balance, growth, and becoming the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Each person is unique so that therapy approaches can be combined or adapted based on individual needs.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to be gently challenged in ways that encourage growth and self-discovery. I’ll work with you to develop practical tools and strategies that empower you to tackle life’s challenges, manage mood and behavioral symptoms, and make lasting changes. While I will support you every step of the way, you’ll also be encouraged to explore new perspectives, step outside your comfort zone, and build the resilience needed to handle life’s ups and downs. Ultimately, our work together is about helping you gain clarity, develop stronger coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward becoming your best self.
