My experience includes working in community mental health settings, the justice system, private practice and as professor in social work. I’m trained in EMDR, CBT and IFS, tools that work well for both big traumas and the quieter emotional stresses of daily life. Everyone's experiences differ so we will collaborate on an individualized plan to help get you where you want to go.
