Great to meet you!

My primary clinical focus is trauma. I was trained in traditional talk therapy yet learned that people do not always respond to those modalities due to being stuck in a fight/flight/freeze response; therefore, I incorporate methods that help individuals return to their window of tolerance by calming their nervous system.

I'm experienced working with Veterans, military family members, college students, individuals in recovery, helping professionals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a trauma therapist I help clients address the root causes of their struggles, guiding individuals toward lasting healing. My approach centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals can process difficult events, build resilience, and transform challenging experiences into personal growth in a non-judgmental environment. I embrace the concept of "growing through what you've been through."

I mostly commonly provide EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Therapy (prep and integration).

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to cultivate a strong connection with clients and want them to feel seen and heard. I enjoy witnessing individuals tap into their inner healer and getting to a place where they no longer "need" therapy.
