Great to meet you!

I have been practicing in the mental health field for over 15 years. I have a diverse work experience within the mental health field. With this experience, I have worked with children, adults, substance use, severe and persistent, mental illness, minorities, corrections, and 2SLGBTQA+ to name a few areas. I believe my diverse experience allows me the opportunity to be approachable and flexible within the therapeutic setting

A bit about my approach to therapy

First and foremost, I approach therapy from a client centered perspective. I attempt to provide a warm and inviting environment, which provides unconditional positive regard for you the client. My perspective is you’re the best expert on your own life and I am here to assist you in that journey to find what best fits for you.

What you can expect from our first session
