Great to meet you!

Over the years I have found passions with many different areas of practice I have encountered. First and foremost, I can find the positive in you and even in what you may think of as your weakness(es). The trust that is given to me is not unnoticed. I have been told I am comparative to a good friend, a mother or a teacher.

My approach to therapy

I like to look at how we communicate and how we work on appreciating ourselves and others. I enjoy working with life changes, challenges and making the best of them. I have a soft spot for and ADHD and it can be viewed as a positive (super power) if we know how to direct our main attention to what needs to be the priority while still allowing ourselves to be free thinking. I am working toward a certification in both ADHD treatment as well as a certification with EMDR therapy in mid-2025.

What you can expect from me

After our sessions, I try to give you a little homework to work on until we meet again. This is not a stressor I add, only a tool to start to implement in your life. I will not grade you on this. The more you work, the more you will see changes and improvements!
