Great to meet you!

My experience centers on supporting clients of all ages through a wide range of life challenges. Guided by a solution-focused perspective, I believe holistic healing is a foundational part of effective client care. I am trained in EMDR, a therapeutic modality that helps clients process trauma and other difficult life experiences that may interfere with personal growth, relationships, and mental health. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and other concerns that can make it difficult to feel grounded or move forward. I hold a master’s degree from Colorado Christian University and have received training in both play therapy and EMDR. I have also worked with clients experiencing dual diagnoses within the field of substance use disorders, which has deepened my understanding of the connection between emotional pain, coping, and healing.

My approach to therapy

I am here to listen to your story and honor your unique life experiences. Together, we will create a calm, open space where you can share freely and feel supported throughout the therapeutic process. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and rooted in helping clients move toward meaningful healing and growth. I support clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, substance use concerns, and the emotional challenges that often come with feeling stuck or disconnected. As we work together, you will gain new perspectives, deepen your insight, strengthen coping skills, and build practical tools that support emotional regulation, healing, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is the beginning of our collaborative work together as we identify your goals for therapy and explore what support would feel most helpful. You will have the opportunity to share your unique life experiences in a calm, supportive environment while we begin talking about the challenges that brought you in, whether that includes anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, or substance use-related concerns. We may also begin incorporating mindfulness techniques to foster a sense of ease and openness in our conversation. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported from the start, while leaving with greater clarity about the next steps in your healing journey.
