Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California with 17 years of experience working as a Mental Health Clinician and a Behavioral Therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, anger management issues, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My counseling style is warm, supportive, interactive, and focuses on my clients' needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic- combining CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, and Gestalt therapy. I will collaborate with you and tailor the treatment plan to meet your goals and specific needs.

My goal is for my clients to have a better understanding of who they are, how they relate to the world, and gain more insight into the issues they’re struggling with.

What you can expect from me

I believe in building a therapeutic relationship and creating a safe place for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I'm passionate about what I do and treat my clients with respect, empathy, and compassion.

My hope is you to learn effective tools and coping mechanisms that you can carry in your back pocket as you muddle through life and its many unexpected turns and challenges.
