After graduating from Fordham University with a Master's in Clinical Social Work I continued my journey in healthcare, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at New York -Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

I have 26 years of clinical experience in various medical and long-term care settings. This includes short-term & long term in-patient rehabilitation, Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, ICU, Stepdown unit, ventilator care unit and out-patient dialysis.

My approach to therapy

Adept at supporting clients through chronic illnesses, aging, and emotional adjustment, with an integrative therapeutic approach. Combining traditional talk therapy and solution focused therapy, with Mindfulness, breathing techniques & yoga principles to foster mind-body awareness and emotional resilience.
