Great to meet you!

I am driven by a deep passion for seeing people heal, unlock their potential for happiness, and live a full and beautiful life. Over the past nine years of my practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, it has been a profound privilege to help adolescents, adults, and couples establish a secure, empowering baseline for their care. After earning my Master's in Counseling from CSUS, I partnered with public and governmental agencies, which helped me develop a unique and grounded way of helping people heal. Today, I offer telehealth sessions in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, specializing heavily in treating addiction, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and trauma. Whether you are an educator, an aviation professional, or simply someone navigating codependency, grief, eating disorders, or major life transitions, I am here to help you reconnect your mind-body balance and gain comfort in being at peace with yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe that genuine emotional growth flourishes when we balance rigorous, evidence-based practices with a deeply authentic human connection. My communication style is compassionate and highly focused on getting to the heart of the matter, aiming to meet people exactly where they are. I utilize a diverse range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy. By blending these clinical tools with Client-Centered and Systemic approaches, we will outline tangible goals to improve the existing dynamics of your relationships within your family and work settings. We will partner together to resolve individual and relational difficulties, ensuring our work translates into meaningful progress that promotes your authentic sense of completeness.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support takes immense courage, and my hope is that our virtual sessions act as a quiet refuge where you can safely step away from the heavy demands of daily stress. In our first session, I strive to cultivate a calm, non-judgmental environment right from the start. We will gently explore your history, symptoms, and the specific challenges that brought you to therapy at a natural, comfortable pace without any pressure to share everything all at once. I will listen compassionately to deeply understand your unique situation, needs, and client-centered goals. We will use this initial time to develop a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for our work together, determining how I can best support you on your journey toward lasting peace.
