Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be your safe space. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore life’s challenges, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with your sense of self. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity shifts, trauma, body image concerns, or relational difficulties, we’ll work together to find what feels grounding and empowering for you.

My approach to therapy

I work from a trauma-informed lens and have experience supporting individuals with complex trauma, personality disorders, and attachment wounds. I am deeply affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and especially enjoy working with queer, trans, and gender-expansive clients. My goal is to provide a space that feels inclusive, validating, and responsive to your lived experience.

My practice integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and narrative therapy, and I adapt my approach based on your needs and preferences. When working with eating disorders or body image issues, I use a body-positive, trauma-sensitive lens informed by the Health at Every Size (HAES) and Quality at Every Size frameworks—honoring each client’s unique relationship with their body and identity.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as grounding, open, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a space where every part of you is welcome—from your fears and frustrations to your hopes and goals. Whether you're processing something big or something quiet and lingering, it matters here.

You’ve already taken the hardest step by reaching out. I’m here to walk alongside you from here.
