Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works best with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, helping clients better understand their experiences while building practical tools for lasting change. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel both supported and empowered to grow, heal, and create healthier patterns in their lives and relationships. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as they move toward the life they want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based interventions with a trauma-informed lens to help clients gain insight, process experiences, and develop effective self-regulation skills. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring challenges, strengthening relationships, and building resilience. Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relational concerns, I focus on helping clients create meaningful and sustainable change in as many areas of your life as we can.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can share their concerns at a pace that feels comfortable. During the first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore relevant history, and identify your goals for treatment. Together, we will begin developing a plan that supports your unique needs while building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, collaboration, and identifying your new choices in life. I like to make sure to introduce new skills quickly to ensure you are building up your "toolbox" and feeling safer in your body and in life.
