Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a bilingual counselor! I am passionate about empowering English / Spanish speakers from many different path of life. I love working with adults who are eager to improve their lives, but may not yet have the tools to do so. They often feel overwhelmed, and anxious due to relationship conflicts, school or work demands, spiritual or cultural dilemmas, unexpected life changes, performance issues, or cultural shock. I use creative approaches to help my clients reach their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate and culturally sensitive. I define myself as an integrative therapist. While I employ a person-centered approach as the foundation for each intervention, I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, always adapting the technique to the client's unique personality traits, preferences, needs, spiritual beliefs, openness, and level of motivation.

What you can expect from our first session

I understand the challenges of navigating mental health hurdles. In every session, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore your journey with compassion and understanding. If you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, or ready for a change, reach out. I'm here to listen and support you in finding your path forward.
