Great to meet you!

With 30 years of experience as a bilingual psychotherapist, I work with individuals and couples, and as a therapists' supervisor. I work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, loss of loved ones, self-esteem issues, coming out, and psychological distress.

I work at Metropolitan Center for Mental Health and in private practice. I am also a Faculty and Supervisor at Metropolitan Institute for training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is focused on each individual's need, while providing a safe, supported and empathic environment.

I believe the therapeutic space is a partnership, building on the respect of one’s own self and the respect and acceptance of our differences.

What you can expect from me

I understand the psychotherapy process as a bridge. A bridge is a transitional space that allow us to connect to the other side. Once we cross the bridge, we will be different.

The therapeutic space, as a bridge, is an opportunity to create an encounter with our true self, and a space for “change”.
