Great to meet you!

Kind greetings to you! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with Supervisor status (LPC-S) based in Texas. I have worked extensively with Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, grief, depression, adjustment, and provide couple's therapy.

My approach to therapy

I offer an eclectic approach to therapy, borrowing from multiple modalities to suit to client needs. In my practice I welcome all individuals of all ages and orientations. I offer a safe space to openly discuss your areas of need and will work with you hand in hand during therapy sessions to seek effective methods that will provide insight, awareness, and improvement.
