Great to meet you!

I love collaborating with clients who are eager to improve their mental and emotional health. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to explore their past or present fears while expanding their self-awareness. My ideal client has recognized a need to address their emotional well-being and has actively sought answers through self-help books and other online resources.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with adults who experience depression and anxiety and those adjusting to major life transitions or relationship difficulties. I am compassionate but believe in challenging them. I use a strengths-based, person-centered, positive psychology approach with CBT and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from me

Clients engaging with me can anticipate a dynamic and empathetic exploration of their areas of discomfort. They can expect a safe and non-judgmental environment where they can openly delve into thoughts, feelings, or behaviors they might hesitate to share elsewhere. I will ensure that each session is a space for authentic self-exploration, leaving them with concrete progress and practical tools to apply independently.
