Great to meet you!

Seeking support is not always easy, but it can be an empowering first step towards understanding, healing and growth. I work with adolescents, adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. My approach is warm and present, creating the psychological safety for you to open up. I believe in each person's capacity to change, and I support individuals in exploring their unique story and possibilities for growth. I provide a nonjudgemental space to help you sort out what might be getting in the way. I recognize that you are the expert on your experience. I'm here to listen and collaborate with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is tailored to your specific needs and informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Presence Psychotherapy. Other therapy modalities I draw from include Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

What you can expect from me

You don't have to have it all figured out, and you don't need to explain everything in the first session. I invite you to contact me for a brief consultation or book an initial session with me via my website.
