Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have worked in the counseling field since 2003. I provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families. I can typically accommodate client's schedules so if there isn't a time slot that works for you just let me know.

My approach to therapy

Quite simply, I hope to help clients live their best lives. All of us want to be healthy and happy but it can be terribly difficult at times. The therapeutic approach depends on what you are needing to work on: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, intimate relationships, family of origin, existential angst, etc.

What you can expect from me

Typically, in counseling sessions clients often gain insight of themselves and their lived experiences. I am someone who is present and genuinely interested in connecting in an authentic way to help you in your process. Clients can experience a connection that models what they are capable of outside of our therapeutic alliance.
